When I shipped Video Pro, I was planning on retiring the HTML5 Video stack. However, not everyone needs all the advanced features of Video Pro. Therefore, I have decided that HTML5 Video must stay around as a less expensive alternative.HTML5 Video now features the fantastic player updates from Video Pro. If you need a simply and solid video player. This update could be exactly what you need. This is a paid upgrade for all existing users.If you already own Video Pro, keep moving forward. Video Pro has all the features you need.

Please check out HTML5 Video v5 that has been released. It's been completely rewritten and inherits a lot ofnew features from it's big brother Video Pro. This version of the stack will no longer receive any updates.

• Native loop and autoplay controls are now used. Make sure to set start volume to 0 if you want your video to autoplay. Browsers will not allow video with volume to autoplay.

13. Updated mediaelement.js libraries which has additional security and other fixes.
14. New HTML5 Video Thumbnail stack. This is great to add thumbnails to launch your videos from a lightbox such as Expose. Check out the sample project on the dmg download for an example implementation.
